The Board of Directors of Yangzijiang Shipbuilding (Holdings) Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce the resignation of Ms Lim Aik Kun as the Secretary of the Company with effect from 15 December 2009.

Following the aforesaid resignation, Ms Joanna Lim Lan Sim remains as the Secretary of the Company.
