Change Of Company Secretaries

The Board of Directors of Yangzijiang Shipping (Holdings) Ltd. ("the Company") wishes to announce the following: -
1. RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
The resignation of Ms Ng Lee Ing as Secretary of the Company with effect from 19 December 2008.
2. APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
The appointment of Ms Lim Aik Kun as Secretary of the Company with effect from 19 December 2008.
The Board wishes to thank Ms Ng Lee Ing for her services rendered to the Company.
Consequent upon the aforesaid change, the Secretaries of the Company will be as follows:-
1. Ms Joanna Lim Lan Sim
2. Ms Lim Aik Kun
