Transfer of the 228,000,000 treasury shares to Neptune Worldwide Holdings Financial Ltd dilutes the existing percentage of shareholding by HongKong Hengyuan Investment Limited.

By virtue of Section 7 of the Companies Act (Chapter 50 of Singapore), Chang Liang is deemed to have an interest in the Shares held by HongKong Hengyuan Investment Limited.
